The journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu is an unforgettable experience. During this trip our visitors will experience the beauty of one of the most spectacular valleys in the world, split by the Vilcanota and then Urubamba River. This river continues its path through rapids and steep canyons until it wraps around the cliffs of the citadel of Machu Picchu. Both Machu Picchu and the river itself are sacred and had huge religious significance for the Incas. Every visitor that explores them in this Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour will get something different out of the experience.

Day 1: Cusco - Pisaq- Urubamba - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes

We'll pick you up early to start our Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour. We will visit the archaeological remains of Pisac and the handcraft market there, then continue driving to Urubamba to have lunch. Afterwards, we will visit the imposing Inca construction of Ollantaytambo. After the tour of these ruins, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo), above which lies the mysterious citadel of Machu Picchu. Overnight accommodation will be provided.

Day 2: Aguas - Calientes - Machupicchu - Ollantaytambo - Cusco

We’ll return to Aguas Calientes, then head back to Ollantaytambo by train to catch our bus back to Cusco.
